Key business objectives where identified

The process of opening up bank accounts in foreign countries, using traditional banking methods, was deemed slow and intolerable in many circumstances. Primarily, the systems traditional banks use to capture and evaluate KYC and KYB, was identified as a major pain point from the research.

The customer objectives were then used to develop an experience map combined with key stakeholder requirements.

This was then used as a blueprint for the prototype and technical and legal requirements.

The Blink brand was developed based on the principles of being direct, transparent, and effortless.

The onboarding process tailors business objectives combined with an upfront list of documents requirements for complete transparency
